Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Your projects stay in your browser. Let's Balance does not require an account, login, or subscription. The application runs in your browser, and project data is not uploaded to an external project server. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and offer an optional Google Forms feedback form.
1. Accounts and project information
You can use Let's Balance without registering, logging in, providing an email address, or purchasing a licence. We do not operate an external server for storing your projects. Your project data, including tables, graphs, and module configurations, is processed locally in your browser rather than uploaded to a Let's Balance project server.
2. Local storage and backups
Let's Balance uses browser-based storage to support saving and restoring project data. Its Godot web application can use IndexedDB to persist files in the browser's local user:// storage. Whether saved data persists depends on your browser and its settings. Private browsing, blocked site storage, clearing website data, or changes to your browser may prevent saved work from being retained or make it unavailable.
If you export a project, the resulting file is downloaded to your device. We recommend exporting backups of important work. IndexedDB is browser storage and should not be confused with an advertising cookie.
3. Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and improve Let's Balance. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics product is designed to provide privacy-focused measurements without using cookies or fingerprinting for its analytics. Separately, Cloudflare's hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs, and timestamps, to operate and protect the website. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. Optional feedback
Our Google Forms feedback form is optional. It is configured not to collect respondents' Google account information or email addresses automatically. We receive the feedback you choose to submit. If you voluntarily type your name, email address, or other personal details into a response, those details may be included in the information we receive. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive information. Google may separately process technical information when you use its service under Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising and cookies
Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled on Let's Balance. We may introduce advertising in the future. If we do, we will update this policy to explain the relevant advertising data practices, including cookies and other identifiers used by Google and its partners, and implement any required consent controls before enabling advertising where applicable. See Google's information about partner sites.
6. Your choices and retention
You can clear locally saved project information through your browser's site-data settings, and you can choose not to submit feedback. Feedback responses may remain in the form owner's Google Forms records until they are deleted. If you want to request removal of feedback you submitted, contact us using the form and describe your submission so we can attempt to locate it. Because the form does not automatically collect account identifiers, we may not always be able to identify a particular response.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when Let's Balance changes, including if we introduce additional services, project synchronization, accounts, or advertising. The date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published.
